Netsys was founded to address the need for high-quality IT Training and Employee Retention targeted towards small and medium sized businesses and government entities in the state of Tennessee. Too often, we found that small and medium sized businesses were under serviced in their IT department training and retention activities, due to their relatively low budgets and moderate needs, and the lack of quality services in the local market.
